    Whatever they are. There better than options. And I do know guys there. They like it. Should of went there myself 15 years ago. Or anywhere else but options for that matter.

    Left NetJets 2 years ago with nearly 10 years of seniority. In year 2 I'm making more on the 190 than I did at year 10 of NetJets. Plus I live in base and am home every night I want to be. The flying is simple and easy by comparison. I have absolutely no regrets.

    The best way to get hired at a legacy is to come to jetblue. We're losing guys right and left because we don't have a competitive compensation package and our management is balking at giving us a market rate contract.

    If it's better than Options, then come on over. Then put your stuff in with the big boys.
