    SWA class act

SWA still a class act after years of service.

I was on a flight from Oklahoma City to Dallas at 550pm yesterday. 5 older folks of all backgrounds needed help down jetway on wheelchairs. Captain and crew came out to personally escort those folks along with gate agent down jetway. One gentleman yelled out that they forgot him and Captain personally came over to him and told him they would not forget him, then escorted on to plane.

This kind of service does more to ease race relations than most politicians talk.

Culture started by Herb and carried on by Gary is still alive and well.

You have a bit to learn about Southwest culture. While the culture between crews, and crews and pax is largely unchanged, the culture between the company and/or Mr. Kelly is in absolute shambles. That culture no longer exists.

That was an assumption on my part that Herb's handpicked successor would carry on with his program. So thanks for that info, and yes I still don't have it all figured out.

On face. The employees at SWA haven't changed. If there our internal problems the line employees don't let it show. YET!!!
