    UGA pilotdawg- I commute out of msy, hired early 02, two months OAK, three months PHX, then hou. It could be much quicker if the hiring continues or the growth on the east coast continues as what we saw in the april vacancy bid.

    What I have seen in the past they like to have a good mixture in the class(civ, mil, young ,old) that is why it may seem the list isnt perfect, but close.

    Let me say this, the ones against are a vocal minority. Some people tend to lose sight of the fact that the industry sucks and Industry average pay that we are going for is declining by the day. Hell if we reject this, than in 06 we wil probably be close if not leading pay and not a leg to stand...
