    It's the same standard company brief every time. What I find most useful, however, is when they brief the runway we'll come back to AND set the ILS frequency into the nav. Talk about being clairvoyant and really getting ahead of the emergency. ;)

    I second the motion. All jetbridges... even if they aren't heated. Must be like being at an airshow as a passenger at the end of F... triple-7's taxiing by, the smell of jet fuel in the air and a slurry of salt and glycol on your feet. I wonder how they process the aisle-chair passengers.

    Makes you wonder why it's taking them so long to make this move. Twice the seats per plane and they wouldn't have to comb the FBOs for pilots to fly them. Maybe the CRJ needs more than 7000 feet of runway?

    Comair sues FAA, Lexington airport

    You can guarantee Bombardier is going to be named in the suit... this is America, it's everyone elses fault. They need to sue the guy that owns the land off rwy 26. There were trees and upsloping terrain. Had the land been flat and level with the airport that airplane might have made it.

    TSA or American Eagle...

    Take Skywest. haha. Between those 2 I'd take Eagle. The other guys are right on, it's a better company but longer upgrade. There must not be any FFDOs at TSA cuz one of them would have shot Hulas in the eye by now. Eagle life is fine if you like doing walk arounds and talking to ground control.

    73, What difference does it make anyway? I am willing to bet over 95% of those Eagle flowthroughs will decline the flowthrough when it finally comes... if it even can come. The agreement expires in 2007. If the flowthrough guys never made it to AA and the agreement expires wouldn't you argue...

    EAGLE, SKYWEST or REPUBLIC

    Eagle has a flow-through with American that expires May 2007. As it stands the agreement becomes 'null and void' on that date. Whether they will renegotiate the agreement is doubtful. If you want to flow-through to a major try ExpressJet. They seem to have a less contentious relationship...
