Two questions, Are the transfered FO pilots that were pay protected with PIC pay from Flops now going to SIC pay? And when they moved out of the Lear for larger A/C are they seat locked for 24 or 39 months?

Sooo... The FO pilots that interviewed for the large cabin and Red label positions, along with the Flex pilots for the same positions, out of seniority. Now with the new SLI only the FO pilots that took those positions will be punished but the FJ pilots that leap out of seniority will enjoy...

DW is our operations for Flex and FO CEO. MS is our Sales, marketing, Owner Services, HR, accounting CEO for both companies. If we don't sell we don't fly! We still all work for KR.
So by my math, a 15 year BJ captain at FO would be pay frozen for 13 more years till a pay raise as a captain at Flex. Why would we want to do that! How would that make you feel knowing your SIC was making more than you as Captain.
TWA, you are employees of the company NOW. That is how DW is now CEO and JW is VP of operations of both Flex and FO. I can look you up on my company BB in the company employee list. As an FO pilot I can pull any Flex pilots email. EMPLOYEES Brother!
