UAL Returning Furloughees
How solid is the by-pass ? Understand that one can by-pass up to 2 years with a letter from an employer. Does that mean a solid 2 years or does the reverse seniority callbacks begin and when they get to your number, letter or not, you have to decide ? Maybe a better question for Todd Coomans ??- P3-Adub

Citation VII Interior Sound Levels ??
We operate a 1995 Citation VII that seems to be very loud inside. Above 200kts indicated there is excessive skin screech and fan noise. I know that later VIIs came out with a secondary door seal however I was wondering if anyone has installed any other soundproofing package in the VII or the... -

eljefe Thanks for your reply. I have printed Annex 1, ICAO "Personal Licensing". I too have come to the same conclusion however it appears for now that an over age 60 pilot CAN fly into Europe and be listed as the SIC. France, who knows with them. Any operators out there using over age... -

VLJs the next threat ? Don't think so. Who's gonna fly them and for how much ? I believe the insurance will be the limiting factor. Same liability as a larger plane. Clarify the "BYPASS" please anyone. As I understand it, we can bypass up to two years when recalled (with a letter from your employer) however there is a clause when the last pilot out has been offered their job back, then the bypass becomes what ?????
