What was the worst commuter aircraft YOU have flown?
Worst Airplane I agree. The Jetstream 3200 while I was at Pan Am/Trans World Express. The best were the deHaviland products. The Dash 7, DASH 8, and the Twin Otter!- LittleDeuce

Do airlines care about type ratings sans time?
Your friend needs to bite the bullet and accept the lower pay and get on with a regional. Piedmont and Republic have no-shows for classes now. US Airways/Delta So if she starts INDOC on October 14, she will be finished on the 25. That would put her in initial ground school probably on the 29 With her SPV on November 7. E190 Pay The E190 pay rate is not where it should be. Period. The rate right now is about $98.00/hr. Top of Scale. acaTerry, Feel free to stay away with that attitude. I just flew with a guy that was hired in Feb. 2012. He starts upgrade training on the E190 soon. You have to have a four year degree to be hired at US Airways. The filters on the application Web Site will not select you for an interview. This came directly from a Fleet Captain who selects the candidates for interviews from the Web Site.- LittleDeuce
