Need To Move 25-50 Pax from Texas to India

I was wondering if anyone can help with options here vs buying a bunch of airline tickets. Could it possibly be more reasonable to charter? I'm not quite sure on the numbers so I apologize for the rather vague post but if you could throw ideas out that would be great. Maybe a Global could work...

    Got this in an email

Sorry if it has been posted already. Don't know the source. Expectations, and how to save $5 on an airline ticket "When I fly, I always take Delta… That's because they pay their pilots the most money… You don't want to fly with unhappy pilots." Johnny Carson, Tonight Show monologue, 1981...

    Another Crew Walks

My buddy called from SBA 10 minutes ago to say his flight was cancelled because the "flight crew walked off the job." He was on US Airways so it must have been Mesa.

    Sunset Aviation schedules

Can someone tell me what the pilot schedules are like, days off (if you get hard days off and how far in advance you know what your schedule will be), hours worked in a day, # of legs in a typical day (if there is such a thing), vacation, etc. Thanks.

    Secondary Search while Jumpseating

Everytime I jumpseat on AA out of JFK I get that "SSSS" on my boarding pass and proceed to get strip searched at TSA, in uniform. This is the only place this happens. Any ideas?

    Light twin insurance

Does anyone know what it would cost to insure a Baron 58 or Seneca that is flown Part 91, not for instruction or hire? The pilots would have between 900 and 1500 hours.

    Foreign registered aircraft

Does anyone know the legality of flying foreign registered airplanes in foreign countries. Also, would that time be counted by the FAA as time towards an ATP?

    Sierra Academy or local CFI?

Someone I know is looking to get into flying and has been seriously considering Sierra Academy in Oakland. I did all of my training at very small flight schools and I have a great CFI to recommend at a very reduced cost compared to what Sierra wants. Am I steering him in the wrong direction as...

    # of flight attendants

The ATP test prep book I have says 1 flight attendant is required for airplanes with a passenger capacity of 10-50. I thought it was one attendant if you had over 19 seats. Has the rule changed recently?

    Endorsements

There are some people at my company that think you do not need a high-performance endorsement in your logbook if you were checked out in a high-perfomance airplane at the company. They claim that since the company is part 135, there are company records showing they were checked out in those...
