    After spending the day in the ER with my sick son it became clear he was going to be okay. My first thought after that? "Thank God I don't have to depend on jetBlue insurance." That sums it all up for me. At least the previous job didn't try to shove some bull******************** five values...

    The Company is expected to renege on their agreed upon process to keep JetBlue pilots paid at an average industry rate. That's twice in three years the Company decided to ignore their own comitments. A320 payrates are now 2.2% below average of what other pilots are making doing the same work...

    JFK 320 FO. Bid devisors in mid 70's JAN-MARCH. That stinks. I know it's not popular to say it, but I'm RELIEVED JetBlue decided to stop hiring for awhile. I hope to see a little better credit in my line.

    This is why there should be a 1st year probation at JetBlue. One of the pilots running for PVC here has used this very argument when addressing some of JetBlue's deficiencies. He too is a first year guy. They just haven't been here long enough to understand the implications. Can't fault them...
