Did NJI get a raise?
Not that big of a deal, we did it all of the time in the BBJ, our longest leg was 15.5 hours non stop from KMCO-NFFN(Nadi, Fiji) and we do other ones with 3 pilots part 91 of course, but in the GV it makes sense to use 3, way to crowded with 4, you NJA guys sweat the small stuff and everything...- ukipilot

One thing to add, yes, the ICAO international language is English, but many countries like Russia,China,India,etc.... only are required to speak English or have an english speaking Person during the day, at night that rule does not apply, especially during the late hours, most charts, notams... -

The ICAO rule does not include part 135, that rule governs airlines only, and not only that it is an ICAO rule, there are many asian airlines that don't use the age 60 rule, ICAO rules do not overrule individual country rules, just like when you fly to europe, they require both pilots to be type...- ukipilot

Sprint firing 3 & hiring 3?
