65-year-old lawsuit
A 135 company wants to get rid of their 65 years and older pilots. I saw a lawsuit, It went to the Supreme Court and I believe it was in Mississippi and the pilots lost does anybody know who the company was and I heard it covered three states.
Planes have not been painted or refurbished in YEARS. They are just starting to refurbish airplanes again, that's where the moneys going. When I came to NetJets 18 years ago I was told every two years a plane was going to be painted and refurbished that has not happened in a long long time

The summary above come from a loss of medical Insurance policy. The Insurance carrier dropped every thing then this person was excepted by Social Security Disability
