ALPA is an association of unions. Figure it out. Airline Pilots Association, not Union. Each airline has a separate union that is associated. Hence ALPA doesn't directly care about any one group over another.
What's so great about it? Endeavor has been operating them for a couple of years now. The video makes it look like it's such a groundbreaking event. Too bad for Eagle that it says Eagle on it.
If that's the case, why would the Except maintain 14,000 be added into the PDC? According to their universal Climb via clearances, 14,000 would be the top altitude on the Pomona7 SID.
