    Unnecessary verbage

    So, you always say the same thing on every radio call? You must fly 2 legs a day. If I fly 3-5 legs a day then my brain sometimes changes up the way I make radio calls. I keep it short in the NE and in the LAX area. But, then again…..who cares.

    Great crews, jump seated on the 717 a lot. I always felt like I had to interview with DL to ride their jump seat. Business class was great, whiskey and XM radio after a brutal 4 day at ASA. Wasn't the guy who wrote 4 day follies a AT pilot? Funny stuff. Good luck.

    Crash at ASE...

    The downdraft that you always get when you pass the ridge on the right on short final can be a handful especially during high wind conditions. Sometimes the updrafts are equally bad. Throttles back and your still accelerating...bumping the flap limitation. I respect that place.

    The AME bulletin states once all examinees with a BMI of 40 and higher are treated they are going to begin the same process with BMI's of 30 and up. I bet there are a lot of out there that meet that number.
