    CNN's coverage yesterday was terrible! Where do they find these supposed "experts". And using the eyewitness statements as facts-"the aircraft cartwheeled down the runway several times!" wow.

    I hope you're right. I was hoping it was to adjust staffing for an impending aircraft order, but that seems unlikely also. If true, I guess we would see an announcement tomorrow of some kind.

    How come people that have never flown an airbus always hate on it so much? It's a great airplane. Now back to the original topic-I liked flying the 757 more and think Boeing made a huge mistake.

    last I heard, Delta would be hiring in Fall 2013..this was a few months ago from a good source. you can thank the new contract for giving back 250+ pilot jobs in reserve "enhancements"

    I agree with you-we're getting paid a lot of money to take these things supposedly. You think they'd squander that opportunity because we turn down a TA?? I can't believe how many short sighted people work here.

    I wonder what the stabilized approach criteria is at that airline? I'm guessing the vertical speed was probably pretty high.
