Yes they do PFT, but they have hired 135 VFR pilots into the 99 in the past. This info is a couple of years old though. -

There are Brasilias out of DFW..I think you have to be an internal upgrade though...You might look into Alpine Air out of Provo, UT. They used to hire 135 VFR pilots into the BE99. -
