    They both choke when it matters! I'm not bashing IBT 1108 but, the "I love Flexjet because yada yada yada" is starting to show its ugly head on the blue belly. There are more people at Flex that are willing to accept things the way they are just as long as they have a job. Seen this before, sad...

    With all the internal shake ups at Flexjet, it sure is quiet. I guess nothing big is happening or, IS IT THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM!

    Crew bases at Flexjet?

    Just read the bb and honestly, most of us couldn't give a rat a$$ about new bases. Maybe 75 people out of 400 want to live somewhere else. Lets be smart and ask for more money and less work....AND.... get rid of the first day 1.5 hour call out. That will bring in new hires as well.

    The worst FO at your company.

    This board is becoming so boring, I thought I would steal a cargo subject. We have two that will argue with you any chance they get. They love to drink coffee and read the newspaper when they need to be preflighting. For the most part our Fos are pretty good.

    Have you considered flex and if so why did you choose nja over flex? Flex hasa better product than nja, we are like a sedan, nja is like a taxi cab. They are much bigger than us , but they will never absorb us or put us out of business. We are here to stay, and not only stay, but shine above...
