Former DHL Airways/ASTAR Air Cargo and Omni Air pilot Bob Plump went missing from his home in Ohio on May 7th between midnight and 6am.

I personally recommend findapilot.com. It is not just a job board. Pilots can post a public (or private) profile in the Pilot Directory which is search-able by employers by aircraft type, location, flight time, and more. The price is lower than other sites, and you get the benefit of employers...
I'm not saying that it won't happen, or that the company would benefit by not doing a recall. I was only stating that the "recall" portion of the paperwork is not binding.
The problem is, the "recall roster" was a separate memo. Nowhere in the severance agreement was the "recall roster" even mentioned. The memo can be changed at the will of the company, and they don't have to bring back anyone. Ever.
