RAH Representation Election - Write in "RPC"!

I was in MKE the other day seemed like a civil converstation. I didn't se anyone yelling and screaming that you hint about. RPC is a joke.

    Republic/Frontier/Midwest SLI Arbitration?

You are probably right if we are not one group. I'm not a guy that has to have the exact rates of JB but we need to get in the ball park. And for you own good it is in F9 pilots best interest to help and support us doing that. If we don't it will only hurt any chance you have of impoving...

    Republic/Frontier/Midwest SLI Arbitration?

In my mind the F9 contract is the starting point for negotiations. I want F9 plus work rules. And getting the pay numbers somewhere in the range of JetBlue is where we should be. If they can make a profit with those number why can't we? Skywest, Express Jet, and so on have about the same work...

    Republic/Frontier/Midwest SLI Arbitration?

The "new" 320 you are speaking of were prior orders pre RAH merger. Once those dry up things get a little more interesting. My whole point with all of this is we have to get the new list, how ever it ends up, implimented and a joint contract done asap. We have to avoid the whipsaw, or we all are...

    Republic/Frontier/Midwest SLI Arbitration?

If I knew for sure how everything would work out I would be a rich man. I'm just pointing out some of the contract issues and possible things that could happen. At a minimum this situation of 2 operations would be a managment wet dream, the whipsaw. Not good for any of us.

    Republic/Frontier/Midwest SLI Arbitration?

The section of our scope below will put all F9 pilots on the street over time. That is not what I want at all but it is what would happen. C's will become replacement, if we get them. Any new bus will have to be flown by RAH pilots. At best F9 will stay at the current fleet. None of us should...

    CAL-UAL, who needs it?

Someone needs to get drug tested. Please tell me you are not serious?

The switch from "Shuttle Craft" to "Mercury"

The former DO was a space and model rocket nut. That is what I heard it came from.

What do RJET pilots think happens after RJET SLI?

How many CBA's has the "new" local negotiated? How many LOA's has the "new" local negotiated? How many arbitrations has the "new" local participated in? Mediations? SLI negotiations? BK negotiations? How much do you pay the IBT in dues? Do you feel that you are getting your money's...

    Future Union Representation at RJET

I'm not sure what the "walk the walk" letter is all about, but I would love to read it.

    Future Union Representation at RJET

He hasn't said very positive things about either MEH ALPA, or FAPA either I'm sure. Remember no matter what card you may carry in your wallet. The RAH managment has no repect for Pilots period. Time will tell how it all works out. FAPA is still being handled with kid glove in my view. Just wait...

    Future Union Representation at RJET

The leadership is a "whole different animal" now. Sorry I could not help it. For real things are much better around here union wise.

    Future Union Representation at RJET

When the issues happened at 747 the Sec/Tres. was a pilot(not a Republic Pilot).I am sure there was some sort of Audit process, board vote too I assume. In the past we as pilots did not approve the budget. I am not sure on the distribution of money if a new union was voted in. Good question...

    Future Union Representation at RJET

It is sad that you guys are not able to see that things have changed around here. If you have not been able to get to a crew meeting a hear directly from our BA Doug Turner. I think if you get a chance this will be an good experience for those IBT detractors. We need to let go of the past issues...

    I would agree with that.

    Future Union Representation at RJET

I can see your point on how sticking with one union or the other could cause some tension trying to build one unified group. The issue is resources. IBT has them an the amount of money past through to the national is cheap compared to what we would have to pay to get some of the these experts...

    Future Union Representation at RJET

I have been an ALPA member, and now a Teamster. The Local with the current leaders and the airline division on the national level all all new. The airline division is what brought on the changes at 747. The RAH union leadership asked for and was granted its very own local. Now that we have been...

    Future Union Representation at RJET

The 100 seat issue has been arbitrated, no result yet. As for the union issue, yes the IBT has negotiated major Airline contracts before. Republic is moving to its own local later this summer. In effect we will be an independent union with the resources of the national. In the past 747 did...

    Republic c series pay

Part of the merger steps set out in Allegheny Mohawk is the Amalgamation of the contracts of the merged pilot groups. The merging of the contracts. This will happen after we get the lists figured out. Which should be no later then May 31st. Then on to the next step. Amalgamation of contracts.
