Sorry, haven't been there in quite awhile. But I have friends who have been.
My experience is west (Pacific) coast and Arenal (sp?) volcano. It was an awesome place back when, but heard it was more built up. Better for traveling with a family now I think.

I agree with your first statement. But, if the FSDO can't interpret any regulation or provide any auth. interp. of the reg........ Then the whole system is flawed!!! Well probabably true considering our Government. Maybe just a way for the FAA to cover their ass??? :erm:
I'm pretty sure they're based in Provo. All I saw them flying was twin otters and those Islander's (?), but that was a few years ago. Non U.S. tail #'s.
