    Flexjet announces pay raises

    Sign on bonus? The "new" Flexjet pay scales don't even have raises in them. The Lear pay scale is the same as it was in 2010! No raises since 2010 for Lear captains! So which fractional would I recommend? The one that does have pay raises since 2010! Hint: it starts with a Net, and ends with jets.

    Why is everything such a secret? Management says the seniority list is just for the pilots. Management is "stepping back". And yet, the only update those "teams" have given is to management. They ignore us completely. And absolute crickets about the "new" compensation. That video said nothing.

    They are readjusting the compensation so all of us will be ahead of Netjets. I'm pretty sure that's the reason... Btw, Lear pay hasn't been adjusted since 2010. But that's the union's fault! Because from 2011 through 2015 we were unionized...umm...I mean...well, it's the union's fault anyway...

    What did I say that is not true? I got the names from one of the pilots I talked to. I talked to one of the large cabin guys and two of the others. So if my info is inaccurate, it's not for lack of verification on my part. The rest was fluff.

    Another history lesson for the guy who is brand new: JW was never at Flexjet by Bombardier. He was hired (as a Netjets reject) when they were negotiating Flexjet's sale to DAC. So when he talks about our culture, he isn't talking about Flexjet by Bombardier, he is talking about something...
