    Are training contracts enforceable?

    Best thing to do it RUN the other way if a company hits you with a training contract. What this company is telling you is...."we don't trust you..." BAD way to start a relationship. Usually bottom-feeder 135 operations try this stunt. Avoid them!

    Many companies require you to sign a training contract, or bond of some sort as part of their employment offer. Seems odd to me that you would be required to do this and sends the clear message WE DON'T TRUST YOU. Especially strange in view of the fact that these same companies trust you to...

    Dynamic

    Dynamic has their fingers in a lot of pies from supplying pilots for cover Afghan operations to mosquito spraying in Florida. I know several pilots who have worked for this company and, aside from long tours in the Middle East, seemed to like it.
