    Looks like 757 was too much airplane for JNU. Delta shows a SkyWest RJ for summer schedule. So all outsourced flying to SE Alaska. I'll save you the post General Lee.... I'm sure you will up gauge to a main line 737 when loads improve........

    So as a delta passanger, I went from 5x a day in a 737 to 1 flight in a RJ. Great move.....

    I wish this was an indication of success. You have no idea what the passengers paid. I have flown many routes with extremely high load factors, until you charge a brake even price, then the well dries up. These routes don't last in the long term.

    You are right, you don't know how many locals fly there. Alaska does! They see how many tickets they sell and then put on delta. Here is a hint, it's enough to do it themselves with a 737. Alaska does not need luck, it has data.

    Now that Alaska is not outsourcing all it's Detroit passengers to DAL, they have to do it themselves. Good for Alaska! Loss of pax for delta;)
