AMS Required Run Times
Anyone know what the required run times are for AMS? I know it's a 1.5 mile run in approx 12 mins, but I'm looking for specifics in relation to different age categories, i.e. I know a 22 year old has to run it faster than a 28 year old, but don't know where to get the exact times. Anybody know... -
