I am looking for information on what a flight school has to have to enable it to do IFS and NIFS training for Navy and Marine Corps aviation. I know it needs to be a 141 school, but I would like to get the contact info to see about getting a school the approval to do the training.
The #2 Jet must have been maintenance down, and the #2 pilot took the 7 jet in its place. This sucks because the 7 jet is a pig. Much heavier and affects performance. it is better when #7 is in the slot position (#4). besides...no one was in the back of the jet in this pic.

I do not know what planet you are from...but you do not sit side saddle as an FE in the C-130. The seat is right behind the pilot and co-pilot, like a stage coach driver guiding the two jack asses in front of you!
