    When parking at a FBO it concerns me when having to taxi over tie down ropes. My concern is something kicking up into the prop. I'm not sure if I'm just paranoid but what is your take on parking when there are tie down ropes you have to go over?

    Agree, makes sense. My only concern is the spark plug fouling as I even lean during taxi (pull to about a 10-20 RPM increase). I'm at sea level here in VA.

    Thank you for this great tip. Didn’t care to keep flying down fuel so today I decided to just get this done. Wore gloves and safety glasses. Removed old and replaced with new (prepped with the lube) and maybe lost 8oz of fuel. Super simple. Done!!
