We do have several who don't plan on going anywhere, but there are also plenty who are waiting to see what the company offers for a VSP. There will be movement, probably within the next year. How much is up for debate. It won't be enough to upgrade any newhires for the foreseeable future.
Not interviewing, but filling a class out of previously interviewed applicants. Phone interviews have started again (I think), which hopefully means face to face interviews soon.

You do know there is no way this contract gets extended, right? Those year 6-8 rates will never go into effect. Most FOs will be topped out again as the company goes into shrink mode.
Smartest thing Netjets could do at this moment is sponsor a job fair and VSP a bunch of senior FOs along...
I can read them. Spent some time looking at them last night and it's not as bad as I thought. There's still plenty of heartburn to go around. Duration is one although I now believe the company will not extend this which may be detrimental to us.

Man to man advice. Stand up for yourself and your profession. It feels good and will change your overall outlook on things. My challenge to you is to prove that statement wrong, knowing there is only one way to do it.

That 737 may or may not be generating more revenue for the company than my Citation. One fact is that I operate that Citation in the same airspace under similar procedures using an identical skill set as the 737 pilot.
If my pay is not commensurate with the 737 pilot I will take my services...
