... and I think you can only be involuntarily JA'd once a month, which is better than some places I've worked.
 
Any poolies got any info on this??-- seems if this were true- they'd start to hear fairly quickly...
 
Being JA'd comes with the territory. It is a double edged sword that keeps our company lean and extra flying available to pick up to supplement the pay.

It is the guys who have time available to work that the company grabs.
